Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

We are expanding our sales team in the NY metro area: NJ (all counties), Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and Westchester.

PairME Wines is a NYC based importer/distributor. We aim to simplify the consumer's choices when picking everyday wines for all occasions. The “ME” in our name stands for 'Moods and Experiences' - we seek to present a curated line of wines to pair with them. In business since 2019 and distributed in over 10 states, we've had a thorough rebrand in the last year and are now gearing up for a major expansion.

Job Responsibilities:
- Making a successful sales presentation to wine buyers that will lead to the sale
- Maintaining and Developing relationships with managers, and employees
- Cold calling prospect accounts with the aim of expanding points of distribution
- Developing monthly, weekly, and daily written plans for execution
- Planning weekly schedules of visits of prospects and accounts·
- Maintaining and developing relationships with managers, and employees
- Planning or participating in trade and in-store tasting events
- Scheduling orders: invoicing, deliveries and following up on payment

Job Requirements:
- College Degree preferred
- One year sales experience in cpg and/or experience as a sales representative in wine/spirits/bev preferred
- Established network of accounts and decision-maker relationships a plus but not required
- Solid knowledge of wine a plus
- Candidates with history in hospitality and retail to the front of the line
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Entrepreneurial mindset helpful; you will be creating a business within a business. French, Spanish, Italian language skills helpful
