Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care has immediate openings for experienced home health LPNs in the Valrico, Florida area. We are looking for nurses with at least 1 year of recent experience working at a Medicare-Certified Agency. Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

• $1,480 – $1,636 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

• Medicare Certified Agency Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Florida Nursing License
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
