This is a PRN Floor Nurse position. A Registered Nurse (RN) would be ideal for this role but we are willing to consider a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the right experience.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Longterm Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Shortterm Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
