Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Functional Health Coach at Geviti, located in Gilbert, AZ with the option for some work from home. The Functional Health Coach will be responsible for providing health consults, nutrition guidance, weight management support, wellness coaching, and health & wellness education to clients. They will be involved in coaching individuals on lifestyle changes to optimize health and wellness. They may do test reviews, such as bloodwork, GI-MAP, DUTCH, etc.
