Host Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Host is to create a positive first impression with the guests and assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant. 

1. Must have flexability to work a mix of days, evenings & weekends
2. Greet, seat and interact with Guests
3. Enthusiastically answer phonesand take any to- go orders as needed
4. Document reservations, and set them up to specifications
5. Clear dishes from tables, sanitize effectively, and reset for new Guests
6. Roll cutlery
7. Maintain cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
8. Communicate with all third party delivery drivers to ensure Guests satisfaction
