Description

The Westover Companies , a family-owned and operated property management company, located in King of Prussia has operated for over fifty years managing more than 15,000 apartments and 2,000,000 SF of Commercial Space. We are currently searching for an experienced individual with a carpentry background for our Commercial Division. The individual will have a broad skillset that will include rough framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.

The candidate should expect to be working inside as part of a crew constructing Tenant Fit-out assignments and renovations of existing space.

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools
• Knowledge in Carpentry
• Be able to work on step/extension ladders
• Must have positive attitude and good communication skills
• Must have valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
• Must have own tools
• Successful completion of background and drug screening required prior to beginning employment.
