Job Title: US Head of Marketing, Itepekimab Location: Cambridge, MA About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and experienced U.S Head of Marketing for Itepekimab. This role will oversee HCP and consumer marketing and is pivotal in driving the successful launch and market penetration of Itepekimab in the U.S. market. Itepekimab has the potential of being a first-in-class / best-in-class IL-33 for the treatment of uncontrolled COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). Itepekimab will address a significant unmet need in the COPD space, and is one of key assets driving Sanofi's ambition to become an Immunology powerhouse, and a leader in Respiratory specialty care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical product launches, strategic marketing, and cross-functional leadership. Main Responsibilities Address key insights, and proactively identify customer needs in order to establish Itepekimab as the future standard of care in COPD. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, value proposition, campaign management and tactics development. Implement targeting, segmentation, and Omni-channel strategies. Ensure launch readiness, and establish key performance indicators to measure success. Serve as a core member of the U.S. Respiratory Leadership Team, providing commercial input and aligning global strategic business plans. Coordinate with R&D and global teams on launch elements such as FDA submission, packaging, sales force execution, and promotional messaging. Lead the Commercial planning process and cross-functional team to develop brand plans. Develop unbranded/branded campaigns and messaging based on customer insights. Oversee national marketing programs and develop marketing principles and competencies. Drive innovative marketing platforms, leverage digital technology, and develop customer/patient support solutions. Interface with medical, regulatory, and legal teams to create marketing materials. Work with managed markets on pricing, access, and contracting strategies. Manage marketing budget, including advertising, media, public relations, and market research. Travel: Up to 40% (conferences, congresses, etc.) About You Commercial and business acumen: strong track record in the pharma/bio-pharma industry driving commercial success and launching new products in a range of roles inclusive of marketing, sales, market access, and market research. Specialty Care experience is required; Respiratory knowledge and experience a plus Relationship management, conflict resolution and ability to work collaboratively, along with strong organizational and operational skills Ability to influence across all levels of the organization Data driven decision-maker; able to distill large amounts of data and information to find the lead story, communicate it effectively to others, and inspire action Global experience and/or prior international assignment a plus Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience Why Choose Us?
