Position-Medical Technologist
Requirements-2 years of experience,Blood bank experience is a plus
Responsibilities- Understand and comply with policies and procedures. Dependability & Responsibility (attendance, punctuality, follows instructions. Venipuncture skill. Performs Daily Quality Control & Daily Maintenance per guidelines. Completes testing in a timely, concise manner. Operation and Troubleshooting of Chemistry Analyzers. Operation and Troubleshooting UA Analyzer. Operation and Troubleshooting Hematology Analyzer. Operation and Troubleshooting Coag Analyzer. Blood Bank Testing (type, RH, Antibody Screening, compatibility testing, QC), Courtesy and Professional Conduct (patients, lab staff, physicians, other employees). Misc. Testing (serological/micro testing, microscopic, etc.). Communication (shares important information with co-workers, supervisor, fellow employees, physicians). Overall Quality of Performance and Conduct.
