Solid experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework and responsible for the design, development, quality, delivery, support, and adoption of strategic analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is one who thrives as a mentor, collaborator, organizer, and quality evangelist: she/he will lead efforts to optimize our delivery processes while simultaneously keeping the existing production processes humming. Must be able to& learn, collaborate, solution, and operate a born-in-the-cloud architecture to deliver the data and reporting foundation for an $8 billion revenue company.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with solid experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the design, development, quality assurance, delivery, support, and adoption of strategic analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive efforts to optimize delivery processes while ensuring that existing production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver cloud-based data and reporting solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, supporting the implementation of scalable and secure analytics platforms that power decision-making for an $8 billion revenue company.
