This position reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager and necessitates cross-departmental collaboration to optimize our social media impact. Key Responsibilities Creator Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with content creators, offering guidance and support to help them forge meaningful connections with their audiences. Content Strategy Development: Create and execute effective social media strategies that highlight our products and services while promoting creator content aligned with marketing objectives. Campaign Management: Design and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement, while also advancing monetization efforts that resonate with a U.S. audience. Market Insights: Conduct thorough research to identify current trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics, utilizing data to refine social media strategies. Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, regularly reporting on performance and offering recommendations for enhancement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global PR and Marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, contributing to overarching marketing strategies. Required Skills Proficient in leading social media platforms such as X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong aptitude for teamwork. Competent in utilizing social media management and analytics tools for performance evaluation and audience engagement. Data-driven, with the capability to analyze market trends and campaign outcomes effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or marketing, with a preference for experience within the adult content industry, including platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, or JustFor.Fans.
