Our ambitious goal is to help 1,000 clients, agents, and team members achieve financial independence within the next three years. About You: You’re an operational powerhouse, skilled at implementing systems that simplify and enhance productivity, and interested in a position with a base salary with incentives to earn much more. You thrive in situations with minimal direction, taking the initiative to deliver results without waiting to be asked. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident enough to push back respectfully when needed to ensure the best outcomes for the team and client experience. Real estate expertise is a must, as is your ability to navigate ambiguity and transform it into clarity and structure. Please send a link to the video for review to MikeMoe@kw.com Responsibilities: • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services Key Responsibilities: Client Management: • Manage client onboarding paperwork, contract-to-close processes, and post-closing follow-ups for the real estate team. This will include multiple touch points with clients, and pursuing items needed from them until closed. • Deliver a seamless, predictable experience for clients by implementing efficient systems and procedures. Superior Capital Group Operations: • Develop and manage operational systems for asset management of multifamily portfolios, investor relations, marketing, and social media. Vacation Rental Operations: • Oversee operations for a small vacation rental resort in Minnesota, focusing on: • Marketing and booking systems. • Guest check-in and check-out procedures. Qualifications: • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred What You Bring: • Real Estate Expertise: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, including client management, contracts, and investment operations. • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in leveraging modern technology to create and automate efficient workflows. • Operational Skills: Proven ability to add structure and implement ideas, implement systems, and improve processes. • Personality Traits: • Ability to push back respectfully but firmly when needed. • Takes the initiative on tasks without being asked. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Thrives in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and structure to chaos. • Strong Communication: Ability to challenge ideas respectfully while fostering collaboration and maintaining professionalism. • Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities across diverse areas such as real estate operations, investment management, and vacation rental operations. • Tech forward individual • Heavy attention to detail and process-focused About Company: Superior Real Estate Team & Superior Capital Group.
