Part Time Administrative Assistant.
Multi-office CPA firm is seeking for our Fairfield Office, a highly organized individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Our office is a full-service CPA firm, providing advisory and tax services to both business and individual clients, providing high quality professional services with a personal touch.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage internal operations of the CPA practice. Open the office and ensure office is "client-ready".
• Act as a assistant to the owners in relation to assisting with clients, managing schedules, and keeping us organized..
• Manage client communications - via phone and in person, including communicate tax results to clients
• Review and reply to emails and messages, answer phones, greet client/visitors, scanning, filing, and shredding,
• Onboard new clients, setup and maintain client portals.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role for at least three years
• Very Technology Savvy. Can pick up and learn new software very rapidly and use it to increase efficiency in our business.
• Familiar with tax & accounting terminology and familiar with types of tax document
• Ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively.
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will have a lot of interaction with our clients.
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Self-starter attitude with ability to complete basic tasks independently without management oversight.
• Friendly, great attitude, and professional demeanor.
