Producers will have access to on-staff underwriting, Compliance Consultation, a Compliance Attorney, Communications/Graphics, Risk & Actuarial services, New Business call center as well as a wide range of financial and other consulting services. We are a full-service team, with one point of contact for the client. This is unique because most organizations of this size traditionally have an interest in institutionalizing your book; we support individuality and paying continuous renewal commissions. We will continue to build and offer extensive resources. Job Requirements: Licensed in Property & Casualty Demonstrated history of substantial success selling direct - commercial P&C in the state of California Minimum experience of 5 Years with a substantial book of business Must be an experienced Producer in middle - large market sized accounts Be capable and willing to ask for referral opportunities from existing clients Provide proactive risk management advice to clients and prospects Work with our marketing and service staff to establish and maintain excellent client relationships Ambitious, self-motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit Represent the firm in the regional business community Additional Opportunities: * For All Insurance Professionals Confidentiality is of importance.
