Qualifications: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): In other centers, it may be called a Managing Director or Executive Director. What we need from you: IL LNHA license 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility (experience in behavioral health is a plus ) Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations You understand ROI and know your building's metrics inside and out In your last position, you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply.
