Our client seeks a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team. As the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while overseeing the overall operations of the facility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the facility.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee the facility's budget, financial planning, and cost control.
  4. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  5. Resident Care: Promote a resident-centered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
  6. Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Qualifications:

  1. Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
  2. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in long-term care administration.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
