Salary: $32 - $34 per hour

Job Details Our manufacturing industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC, preventative maintenance, and electromechanical systems. This is a permanent position that requires 5+ years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems, including motors, pumps, and conveyors.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of CNC machines and electromechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
