Job Description

A maintenance technician at Dunkin' Donuts performs a variety of tasks to keep the restaurant's facilities and equipment in good working order. This includes repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and installations on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot problems and replace or repair parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Respond to reports of broken or faulty items
• Perform basic cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, and trash removal
• Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Ensure facilities are clean and guest-ready
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area
• Comply with safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with store managers and employees

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge
• Have manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Be able to operate basic power tools and equipment
• Be able to maintain and operate a service vehicle
