Job Description

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, inspect, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repair or replace defective components promptly.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance and address equipment-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Salary info:

$26 - $34 / hr
