Responsibilities

• Leadership Excellence: Lead and inspire a team of skilled HVAC technicians in Rockville to deliver exceptional service while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Revenue Performance: Implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Rockville HVAC division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to capture new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
• Operational Optimization: Work closely with other departments to streamline Rockville branch operations, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical guidance and ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends to maintain cutting-edge service delivery
