The Drug Testing Technician/Office Coordinator has a dual role of performing a variety of administrative functions as well as servicing the clinical testing needs of our clients. We are offering full and part-time positions with the opportunity to grow with our dynamic and expanding franchise team. No medical experience necessary, we provide all certifications necessary during your orientation and training.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments and maintain a daily log of all incoming calls.
• Perform certified urine, breath alcohol, hair follicle, nail, and saliva collections for testing, prepare outgoing specimens for shipment.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Take inventory and order specimen and shipping supplies.
• Process and maintain business files, customer payments and Quick Books data entry.
• Follow up on customer leads using email, phone and ecommerce platforms (Mailchimp).
• Maintain a clean fresh appearance of the entire office, reception, and testing areas.

Required Qualifications

• Positive and enthusiastic personality with a zeal for learning our business.
• Treat clients with a high level of customer service.
• Able to multi-task, be well organized, and focus attention to details.
• Self-motivated, independent, and reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred but not Necessary

• Hospitality/restaurant experience
• Prior sales experience
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Quick Books experience
• Email marketing experience (Mailchimp)

Hours and Compensation

• No nights weekends or holidays. The clinic is open Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour non-paid lunch break)
