As an Aging Services Supervisor, you will function as the Chief of the Housing and Community Services Division. This professional oversees and coordinates all housing and community service programs for older Pennsylvanians including domiciliary care, innovative housing programs, supportive senior housing options, care management, and the OPTIONS Program of home and community-based services. You will be responsible for managing a variety of activities, including but not limited to, planning and administering housing and community service programs, developing policies and program directives, program analysis and evaluation, financial and budgetary management, and utilizing data to assess the policy impact on housing and community services. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with other bureaus, departments, service providers, and stakeholder groups to develop program directives, guidelines, and handbooks for programs managed by the bureau. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time; however, management may discontinue the telework arrangement at any time, for any reason. You will be required to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg when needed. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as an Aging Services Specialist; or Three years of professional experience in a human services program conducting human services related research or providing social services to clients, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
