What You Bring :?

• Excellent communication skills in English AND Italian
• Strong customer services experience within a fast paced , corporate environment ?

• Experience in a customer facing role , including order processing ?
• Good MS Office skills ?
• Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired ?
• Accurate and fast data entry skills ?
• Excellent telephone manner ?

• Excellent organization skills ?
