Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional customer support via online chat.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account information.
Troubleshoot common customer issues and provide resolutions.
Guide customers through online processes and assist with account management.
Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online chat environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong typing skills and the ability to type accurately and quickly.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Knowledge of insurance products and services.
Bilingual language skills.
