I-State Truck Center is looking for an experienced Heavy-Duty Truck Body Shop Manager for our Sioux Falls South Dakota location. We are offering highly competitive wages!

The Body Shop Manager is a key member of our management team and fulfills a critical role in our operations. This position is responsible for overall accountability of managing a Body Shop department employing multiple team members, developing body shop business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our products and services.

Body Shop Manager Job Duties:

• Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience.
• Recruit, hire, motivate and retain the highest quality staff.
• Monitor Body Shop Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
• Assure compliance with safety goals.
• Provide accurate estimates/quote services.
• Develop strong alliances with vendors and Insurance Representatives
• Manage work order system and service invoicing.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and branch goals to employees.
• Uphold our promise to our customers of “Pride in Service”.

Body Shop Manager Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Body Shop management experience
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Technical degree or certification a plus
• Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
• Ability to operate a forklift or obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to manage and execute quarterly budgets in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage employees and processes.
