City Bakery in Fletcher, NC is looking for one baker to join our team. We are located on 85 Fletcher Commercial Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
POSITION: Baker
LOCATION: Fletcher, NC
SUMMARY: Performs duties related to the daily production of baked goods. Proof and bake all bread and bakery products. Assists in packaging & loading of deliveries as needed. Performs cleaning duties. Communicate daily production needs and information with other bread Team Members. This is an evening shift running roughly from 5pm-1am
DUTIES
-Proof and bake breads according to daily production needs.
- Clean work areas, oven, and oven area.
- Remove trash and compost.
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including health, sanitation and adhere to safe work practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure deliveries are on time.
- Ability to take direction
- Able to learn proper and safe usage of oven and all other bakery equipment.
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
-Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly..

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
