• Lead and manage the Service to Sales team, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement.
• Act as a phenomenal closer, demonstrating expertise in converting service customers into vehicle sales.
• Provide one-on-one training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and customer engagement.
• Personally greet and engage with customers, creating a seamless transition from service to sales.
• Implement effective follow-up strategies to maintain strong customer relationships and maximize retention.
• Supervise and motivate the Service to Sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
