Description of the role:

The Acura Automotive Sales Manager at Acura of Avon plays a crucial role in driving the sales of Acura vehicles. They are responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting them in their purchasing decisions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a personalized buying experience
• Assist customers in selecting the right Acura vehicle for their needs and budget
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Acura models, features, and pricing
• Attend sales training and stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Forecast sales targets and report on sales performance to the management team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Knowledge and passion for Acura vehicles and the automotive industry
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
