We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our auto body repair shop. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving efficiency in our operations. Additionally, you will manage the shop's bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth operations. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and staff to ensure the smooth running of the shop and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the auto body shop, ensuring all services are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and assign repair jobs to technicians based on skills and workload.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of parts and materials.
• Ensure the shop complies with safety regulations and maintains a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare estimates for repairs, collaborate with insurance companies, and process claims as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve shop efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Handle all bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of income, expenses, and payroll.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance with tax regulations.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and collections processes to maintain cash flow.
• Ensure all repairs are performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
