Job Title: ATE Tester


Location : Santa Clara, CA(Onsite)

Responsibilities :
• Define and develop ATE test program solutions for the next generation of GPUs and SOC
• ATE test program development includes constructing or enhancing test methods, debug and integration of timings/levels/patterns/test methods and test flow into a test program
• Actively participate in cross-function teams including IO design, PLL design, Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design to efficiently debug any product failures and implement optimal solutions
• Write standardized scripts/tools for the test engineering group, enhance the group's overall productivity and effectiveness


What we need to see:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IC Design, application, or ATE testing of VLSI
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Advantest 93K ATE platform are essential
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and works well in a group environment and with cross-functional teams that spans across continents


V93k experience, preferably on SmarTest 8


Experience with NPI activities for mbist or scan or high speed testing


Good debugging and communication skills
• Desire to learn, use new tools from other groups for debugging, data analysis
• Knowledge of PLL, PCIe, GDDR5 is a plus


Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST
