\nLooking for a hands-on role in manufacturing? We’re hiring Machine & Production Operators in Rochester, NY for a well known printing company. If you enjoy working with machinery, performing essential tasks, and being part of a team, this is your chance to start a rewarding career!

\n Pay & Shifts: \n

\n\t
• A Shift (1st shift): $16.50/hr | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM\n\t
• B Shift (2nd shift): $17.50/hr | Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM\n\t
• Overtime available - Get paid weekly after your first week! \n

\n What You’ll Be Doing:
\n Machine & Production Operators: \n\n

\n\t
• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth workflow\n\t
• Load and unload materials into machines, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime\n\t
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards\n\t
• Assemble and package finished goods for shipment\n\t
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment\n\t
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals\n

\n What You Bring to the Team: \n\n

\n\t
• High School Diploma or GED (or working toward completion)\n\t
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift\n\t
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination\n\t
• Strong teamwork and communication skills\n
